HEINZ Classic Cheeseburger

What you need:

+ 2 lb. lean ground beef
+ 1/4 c. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
+ 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
+ 1 tsp. black pepper
+ 8 KRAFT Singles
+ 8 lettuce leaves
+ 2 tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
+ 8 red onion slices
+ 8 sesame seed hamburger buns
+ 1/2 c. HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
What to do:
1. Heat grill to medium heat.
2. Mix first 4 ingredients just until blended.
3. Shape into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
4. Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
5. Place lettuce, tomatoes and onions on bottom halves of buns; cover with burgers, ketchup and tops of buns.

Special Extra: To toast the buns, place bun halves, cut sides down, on grill grate for the last few minutes of the burger grilling time. Grill 1 min. or until lightly toasted.
